We started our final day together with these fine missionaries by attending the Temple. It is always a special treat for President and Sister Laycock to be with Missionaries in the Temple. We know that each of these dear Missionaries has been faithful and diligent in their mission service, and we love them all so very much. We will always remember them. We felt the Lord's love for them as we spent time with them. They have become an eternal part of our mission family, and we are thankful to have served with them.
We ended our day with a delicious meal together while President and Sister Laycock offered some "go home" advice. Sister McDaniels asked if this was our "unlock your hearts" talk. She and Elder Thompson and Elder Macias don't leave until later, but they joined us today for an early farewell since the Temple will be closed for maintenance and cleaning over the next few weeks.
